As part of QCYC's locker protocol, when a locker becomes available, a Senior Member who currently occupies a locker may apply to change to the vacant locker.
A locker that is vacant after a notice period will be assigned to the first two senior members on the waiting list. Any lockers that become vacant will be shared between two members.
