QCYC 2012 COMMODORE’S BALL
To purchase tickets, you can either purchase individual tickets or assemble a full table of eight (8). Please do one of the following:
1. If table companions are important to you, assemble a full table of 8: Print and complete the Table Request Form, and fax it to 905-822-7296.
OR
2. If you don’t want to assemble a full table, but do want to purchase individual tickets: Print and complete the General Ticket Request Form and fax it to 905-822-7296. Note with this option you can still make a seating request, however as seating requests can overlap and conflict with one another we cannot guarantee to meet your specific request.
