QCYC Wednesday Participants' Meeting 1835 Wednesday, May 8, 2013 in the Great Hall

The new version of Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) 2013 – 2013 have come into to effect  on January 1, 2013. To help participants learn about the changes in the rules, Brian Chapman of UK Halsey Sails will be discussing them at this meeting.

New version of Racing Races of Sailing (2013 - 2016) come into effect on January 1, 2013.
